Supreme Court to Decide Marriage Rights

As you've heard, last week the Supreme Court agreed to decide whether all 50 states must allow gay and lesbian couples to marry. The court will probably hear arguments at the end of April. This article from the New York Times gives useful background context, while this article explains why many Republicans welcome the news that the court will rule on the issue.
